Do I need a new website for this?
No. These systems work with the site and phone number you already have. If your site is part of the problem, we'll say so, but it's not required.
Is it legal to text my customers?
We only text people who called you, filled out your form or hired you, and we register your texting with US carriers. We never send cold texts to strangers.
Will this get me fake reviews?
No. Every customer gets the same request, with nothing offered in return, as Google's rules require. You get more real reviews, not filtered ones.
Is a robot going to call people for me?
No. We never use AI voices for outbound calls. The optional AI receptionist only answers calls that come in to you, and it says it's an assistant.
What does it cost each month?
Setup is per system. Texting and software are billed by usage, so the monthly cost depends on your volume. We give you the number before you start.
