This policy explains what information CrewCall Sites ("we") collects through this website and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What we collect

• Form details you send us: business name, trade, city, current website, phone, email and any message you write.
• Basic technical data: our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver the site and block abuse.

We don't use advertising trackers on this site. If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly tool that doesn't use cookies to track you across sites, and we'll update this page.

How we use it

• To build your free preview and contact you about it by phone, text or email.
• To answer your questions and provide the services you buy.
• To keep the site secure and prevent spam.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number, we may text you about your preview or project. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. We never send marketing texts to numbers that didn't ask to hear from us.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We only share it with the services that help us run the business, such as our hosting provider and email provider, and only to the extent they need to do their job. We may disclose information if required by law.

Previews and demo sites

Private previews built for a business are not listed publicly and are marked so search engines don't index them. If you want a preview or demo of your business removed, email us and we will take it down within 2 business days.

How long we keep it

We keep form details for as long as we're talking or working together, and up to 24 months after that, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email hello@crewcallsites.com and we'll respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, which we honor on request.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
